OUR HISTORY

This is how Il Leccio was born, from the name of one of the oldest trattorias in Montalcino.It was born in the square of Sant'Angelo in Colle, under a clock that still amazes you with tolls that cut the silence of these hills.

The Tognazzi family, Montalcino by adoption, after two decades at the helm of one of the most prestigious clubs in the country, decided to devote themselves to the simple and genuine gastronomy of the Montalcino tradition: pici, bread soup, wild boar, pasta made by hand, roasts, cheeses, scottiglia, are the main dishes of a simple and tasty cuisine that does not need artifice but that tells its story and its truth to the palates who are ready to welcome it!

Over a glass of Brunello we lose ourselves in the awareness of ourselves, for once free from any disturbing noise.
